I did the wimps route which was a really well marked trail, run on a pleasant evening. It took us around a beautiful lake on which swans and signets could be seen. The run ended at the only hostelry withing about 10 miles! After some liquid refreshments and some games of table football, we adjourned to lodges 7 & 9 for supper. Later those from lodge 7 joined us for down downs but unfortunately, owing to my memory not being quite what it used to be, I cannot remember much more, other than playing some riotous game which I think was called "puck it" but I may have got the name wrong!
