Quality not Quantity

At the appointed hour there we were - just 3 wimpish hashers + hare. Who would do the rambo trail which Upperskirt had taken the trouble to set? In the nick of time the day was saved by the arrival of Morticia and Lurch. 

We wimps enjoyed a gentle X-country uphill trail to Quarry Road where we were joined by TomTom who, still in recuperation, had hitched a lift to bypass the hilly section. Our wisdom in leaving the long rambo loop to Lurch was shown when he arrived much later and almost breathless (quite something for him).

A pleasant return along the outskirts of Brookhouse and back to the Black Bull, where we met up with Minor Twat, Wears the Soap and Second Fiddle for food and conviviality. We even had a cameo appearance from Large Package who happened to be eating there with a family group.
