For once Morticia and Lurch were not late for this hash, they couldn't be they were the hares! Nine set off in lovely weather to the first split accompanied by the hares.Even the Wimps were encouraged to venture along the Rambo trail as far as the waterfall before turning back but some decided that uphill was not on the agenda and continued directly along the Wimp trail. White noise was FRB for most of the way to the beer stop closely followed by a hare carrying the beer. The second hare arrived 20 minutes later with the biscuits. She claimed to have lost Highway but we said you can't lose someone that big so we set off again. The knitting circle (White noise and myself) were directed by the hares to shortcut into the village as we reached the road instead of taking a roundabout route along the river. As we strolled to the river bridge we were entertained by the sight of Darth vader giving an impression of a frightened sheep running up a hill to a wall then down and up again to another part of the same wall. All this on the opposite bank of the river.

Everyone except Highway met in the car park and Slack bladder and Lurch went looking for Highway on the trail but couldn't find him. Everyone got a downdown for something or other, the hares for a good r*n, me for hash crashing, Slack bladder and Simon his son for missing a check,White noise for talking of knickers and Julie(the nearly virgin)and Darth vader for pretending to be FRBs.

Then Highway turned up so he got a downdown for getting lost. The Dents beer was excellent and the food was good too so we will go back again.
