Bolton-le-Sands - Beaver Moon R*n

It was a Dark and Stormy night, no it wasn’t, it was a BFG: Beautiful Frosty Gleaming

full moon that shone bright for once, and Doctor Dolittle (HA) had to do a lot. He became Lord of the Rings, as well as RA he was GM. He circled us up. For Whom The Bell Tolls; one of the churches in Bolton le Sands was tolling for, I shall say us at 7, the late start for a winters hash provided a good turnout. So with Great Expectations wimps set off across the crossing, while the rambos went up the road and down the road, eventually finding trail after turning off, and they felt like they were on somebody's drive and then their Secret Garden. The rambos found themselves on the canal were they almost went A Bridge Too Far.

Wimps took A Passage to India. Carrying on trail we were again, seems to be the thing in this area, we were stopped by the barriers of the level crossing. The Polar Express thundered passed and no sooner had we got over the other side, the lights and alarms again sounded, and the Addams family and Fiddler had to make a dash or they would be on the wrong side and we, the leading wimps, would be a good 39 steps ahead.

We carried on down to the shore, not turning into caravan park, and following wonderful piles of flour bearing right but Great Gatsby! Shouts and hollers could be heard Where the Wild Things Are (hares).

We were wrong, We Didn’t Mean to go to Sea, we were meant to go left along the road. Good job hares were there or the Swallows and Amazons would have been in a right Green Eggs and Ham pickle.

Luckily the rambos didn’t notice the wimps' trail or they would have been back at the Far Pavilion before they knew it.

The Northern Lights shone brightly across the sea, a great view from on high on the canal which wimps and rambos took for the way home, but Rambos were taken by surprise as they were lead off the canal and up into the Wuthering Heights of Thwaite Brow woods. Then back along the road and into the carpark where wimps and hare awaited their arrival.

Crime and Punishment were dealt, with Glassy Lady for her hash crash on slippy wooden sleepers with Holes in.

1984 or 8.24 in real time the circle finished and weary hungry hashers rushed on in for their curries.

Thanks again hares.
